121Tutoring.net.au is based in Shepparton, Victoria, Australia. It is a private tutoring service on a one-to-one basis in music (violin, piano or music theory), in primary or secondary studies and in English proficiency.
Music Lessons We offer tuition in violin or piano for beginners as well as intermediate learners. Each lesson is once a week for 30 minutes. It is recommended that children are of school age before they begin learning a musical instrument. It requires them to also practise for 5 to 15 minutes each time for at least 3 times a week when they first start out. As the child matures, practice will also increase. To play the music well requires at least 8 years of training.
Music Theory This is learning how to write music as in a music score or sheet music. If you are already writing songs, you can write it in a format that will assist other musicians to play your songs anywhere in the world accurately. For advance songwriters, you will need a computer software to do this.
Primary and secondary studies We also offer tuition in primary and secondary school studies. Each lesson is once a week for 1 hour. Primary studies for example, NAPLAN Years 3 and 5 include:

English proficiency This is learning English so that you reach a certain level of proficiency. It is design for those who are starting to learn English and those who desire to sit for an English proficiency test for example, Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic. Terms for music lessons
A tutoring contract is for a Victorian school term.
A lesson is 30 minutes per week.
Lessons can be at your school (permission is required), your home or at the tutor's home.
Pupils must pay upfront for a whole term or the remaining term before they can start.
Pupils must have an instrument and a music book before they can start.
There are some violins available for hire.
If a pupil is sick or away, they must notify the tutor. If no notice or arrangement has been made, they forfeit that lesson.
If the tutor is sick or away, they will notify you and a replacement lesson will be added.
Pupils cannot change their instrument during the term.
If pupils do not want to continue during the term, they forfeit the rest of their lessons.
Lessons are subject to tutor availability.
There is a no refund policy.
